NET Academies Trust board are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Headteacher to lead Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy which has recently joined the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a newly converted community school with a committed staff and strong family ethos. Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy is a three-form entry primary and nursery with 614 children on roll.

You will be highly motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the school, across the MAT and with other key stakeholders. You will have recent school headship experience, with an ability to effect change.You will have a positive attitude that will strengthen and build partnerships within the community and motivate children and staff.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with other school leaders and to contribute to and shape policy and practice across the NET team.

Through our engaging curriculum, we ensure that children can foster a passion for learning and curiosity that will help to develop: a strong knowledge base, high aspirations and a lifetime of memories. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded education; where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured to ensure that all children experience success and reach their potential.

The school has a caring team that works hard to reach high standards in everything we do. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard you as an active partner in your child’s education and value your interest and support.
