Assistant Finance & HR Officer - Residential Provision
37 hours per week to be worked over 5 days. Term time plus two weeks holiday working.
Actual annual salary £17,097 to £18,876 (FTE £19,171 to £21,166)
Start date: ASAP
Glenwood School is an outstanding school for pupils aged 3-19 years, all have a wide range of complex needs.
We are looking to appoint a positive and highly motivated person to support the School Business Manager and Residential Care Manager with all aspects of finance & HR administration in connection with the new 20 bed residential provision that is being developed adjacent to the existing school.
The successful candidate will:
· Ability to work effectively in key financial areas, maintain computerised financial records, process purchase orders and invoices, bank reconciliations and financial planning.
·Have experience in dealing with administration associated with all aspects of HR / personnel
· Be able to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
· Have excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills.
· Be able to demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Be able to work on their own initiative and multitask
· Be reliable, well organised and resilient
· Understand the importance of confidentiality
