Digital Support Technician
Starting Salary £18,817.60
Location Harlow College
Part time (30 hours over 4 days or 5 shorter days)

What we are looking for
We are looking to recruit a Digital Support Technician to work within the existing IHub team. The successful candidate will need to be able to deliver on the colleges' strategic plan by providing both students and staff with digital support to equip them to be successful in the classroom, as well as to continue to provide a full library service for all our learners and staff.
The new technician will be expected to provide staff with training on staff development days as well as bespoke training sessions for individuals or teams. They will be involved in the Digital leaders programme and will play a large role in supporting the college during Apple Education visits and BETT visits with external visitors.
- Level 2 qualification in English and maths or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a digital related subject
- Level 4 or 5 related qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Has digital knowledge to include, filming, editing, Apple products, App development and where relevant, industrial experience in the relevant area.
