Holt Farm Junior School is part of the South East Essex Academy Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) with four schools.

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, efficient and enthusiastic Finance/ Adminstrative Assistant to join our office team as soon as possible.

Band 2M, Point 3 - 5, 2019 Pay Scales
37 hours a week term time plus INSET days (38.4 weeks plus 5.2 weeks holiday pay)
£15,106 - £15,716 per annum (actual)

The successful candidate will:

· Display a professional attitude, drive and energy to support the Headteacher and office team to make a difference in our good school

Have experience of processing financial transactions

· Have good organisational skills

· Be a team player, with excellent written, oral communication and ICT skills, preferably with a knowledge of SAGE, SIMS and Parent Pay

Be able to use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

Have the ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous experience of working within a school office environment would be an advantage.
