We are looking for an inspirational, resilient and committed Headteacher to lead our happy and caring school along its continuing journey of success and achievement.
St Clare's is a GOOD School and part of a growing CMAT.
This is a great opportunity for a strong and effective leader to make significant impact in a school, which places its children at the heart of its work.
In our welcoming and happy school, we are seeking a headteacher who:
· Will inspire and motivate our staff and pupils while making them feel valued and supported
· Will maintain the caring, respectful and inclusive ethos of the school
· Holds high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
· Has a proven track record in raising standards and improving outcomes for children
· Will continue to build our school culture and curriculum based on gospel values, which takes account of the richness and diversity of the school community.

The directors of The Rosary Trust wish to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and strategic leader who can build on the many strengths of the school, and work in partnership with staff parents and governors to progress the school's journey to become Outstanding. Start date for the post will be 1 January 2020.
