St John's Primary school is a caring school that prides itself on looking after its children and staff. We are looking to employ a new caretaker / site manager for 25 hours per week Monday - Friday all year.
Starting: Immediately
Close date: Monday 30th September 2019
Interviews: Thursday 10th October 2019

The successful candidate will:
· Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
· Be proactive, hardworking and motivated
· Have a good understanding of the Health and Safety procedures
· Have a good standard of English and ICT skills as accurate record keeping is vital in this role
· Have proven maintenance skills and takes pride in their work
· Be able to communicate well with children
· Be the primary key holder who unlocks the school and attends callouts
· Be working closely with all members of staff
· Liaise and communicate with external contractors in a professional manner
