Role 1: 16.25 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time) - Monday to Friday 8.45am to Midday (fixed-term contract up until 31st August 2020)
Role 2: 16.667 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time) - Monday to Friday 11.55am to 3.15pm (fixed-term contract up until 31st August 2020)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with a group of pupils with SEND in a Foundation Stage setting.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience of working with pupils with Autustic Spectrum Disorder
Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour
An understanding of sensory needs
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of first aid and a willingness to work with children with medical and other needs
Knowledge of basic ICT to support learning (including use of Word, PowerPoint and use of internet)
Good organisastional skills with the ability to be flexible and work well as part of a team
An empathetic, kind and caring nature
A positive attitude
Be able to keep records and support with monitoring pupil progrss for particular interventions
Willingness to attend to pupils' personal needs including help with social, welfare and health matters
A desire to work in a Christian environment
