Administrator for staff cover and personnel assistant
Salary LGS Band 3 Points6-17 (depending on experience)
Part time: 25 hours per week term time, plus two weeks school holiday working
Actual salary £11,552 to £14,363
Glenwood School is a thriving community special school providing for learners aged 3 - 19 years with complex learning difficulties (SLD, PMLD, ASD)
We are looking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person to support the School Business Manager and office team with all aspects HR administration, plus organise and administer the daily staff cover arrangements. Glenwood School employs over 190 staff members and is a very fast paced, busy environment to work in.
The successful candidate will:
• be able to work on their own initiative and multitask
• have good literacy and numeracy skills
• be reliable and well organised
• have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
The post is for 25 hours per week, term time plus two weeks. Working pattern is 7:15am to 12:15pm Monday to Friday, which is non negotiable.
