MIS Manager

Starting Salary £35,304.00 per annum

Located in Harlow

About the team

This role will be pivotal to the success of the MIS services across all income streams. The two teams are situated in different areas of the college and have good links between them. Both teams have good depth of knowledge in their areas, and are well versed in in data processing and make good use of ProSolution to communicate with teams and maintain accurate records.

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual who can drive the development of efficient systems, ensure a robust approach to meeting the requirement of our regulatory bodies and ensure information is available to the right people. In this role it is critical that establish and build good relationships with the quality team, the development team, admissions and curriculum managers. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Director MIS, IT and Exams to maximise the use of college systems.

Experience Required

· Knowledge of most up to date funding rules for Study Programmes, Apprenticeships and Higher Education

· Good knowledge of Apprenticeship systems and processes

· Experience of managing various student record systems (preferably including ProSolution)

· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate quantitative concepts succinctly

· Sound knowledge of Microsoft office, especially database & spreadsheet provision
