17.5 hours per week Band 2 Point 4 - Admin Assistant

2.5 hours per week Band 1 Point 2 - Mid Day Assistant
Required: as soon as possible

We would like to appoint an Admin Assistant/Mid Day Assistant to support the work of our Office Manager in running our busy School Office.

We are a small, friendly Primary School in the village of Birchanger on the Herts/Essex border near Bishop's Stortford.

The hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 12:00 noon Admin Assistant

Monday - Friday 12:00noon ~ 12:30pm Mid Day Assistant

The successful candidate will:

· Have a good standard of maths and English

· Be flexible, able to use initiative and prioritise tasks

· Be able to work effectively with children and adults

· Have experience of general admin and finance work

· Be willing to undertake relevant training

· First Aid Training

Information about the School
