Teaching/ Learning Support Assistant x 2
Monday to Friday Term time
Hours: 8.45-13.15 Role 1
Hours 12.00-15.15 Role 2
An exciting, rare opportunity has arisen for a strong and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our successful team, supporting SEN pupils across the curriculum.
The successful candidate will ideally be:
Positive and resilient, showing initiative and flexibility
Firm and consistent but fun
Approachable, warm, patient and understanding
Able to work as part of a team under the direction of the class teacher
The successful candidate will ideally have:
GCSE A-C/equivalent in English and Maths
Confidence with supporting a child to access learning in Key Stage 2
Experience of working with a range of children with a variety of needs in Key Stage 2, including pupils with Global Delay and ASD diagnosis
Makaton trained (optional as can put successful candidate/s through training)

Term/ Length of Contract: 1 year contract with possible extension for future years
Salary: Level 4 Point dependant on experience (term time only at present)
