Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Pay Range: Band4-Midpoint

£25,673-£28,779 (Including Inner Fringe) Pro Rata

Actual Pay £8,401-£9,417

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, nurturing and flexible HLTA to join our committed team. Responsibilities will include to:

  • Provide support and guidance to pupils in ensuring their learning, social, emotional mental health needs are supported in order to meet their full potential
  • To work under the direction of our Inclusion Leader, implementing individual and small group interventions

We expect that the successful candidate will have a recognised NVQ in Teaching and Learning in Schools or proven equivalent experience. The candidate must also have the relevant safeguarding training.

This is a permanent contract.14.25 hours per week,3 days a week, 8:45am-3:00pm.
