The role is critical to ensuring efficient and successful delivery of Finance and HR services. The candidate will be an organised team player, with the ability to work under their own initiative and to be a good role model to team members. It is essential that you have compassion and empathy when dealing with our children and their families, embracing the ethos and values of our school. Always being prepared, in control and confident will be key to this busy role and you will be the go-to person for the Finance/HR support function. You will have an oversight of the whole office services, and will be leading a small close-knit fun, friendly and professional school team!
As the School Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the office, ensuring a smooth workflow of all designated administrative tasks and those that support our children and staff. You will also be working closely with the Finance Department at SECAT's Centre, to drive efficiencies in both time and costs through the review and introduction of new processes and procedures.
As part of SECAT, we offer our staff excellent CPD opportunities and support through our network of experienced professionals, and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme. Applications are invited from candidates who have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and the dedication and enthusiasm to be part of a thoroughly committed team. Our school benefits from wonderful children, engaged parents and a supportive working environment
Please note internal 'at risk' candidates will be considered as a priority for this post.
The school has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
