Would you enjoy being involved at the start of a completely new adventure? In September Downham Church of England Primary School will be starting Breakfast and After School Clubs for our children. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking person for the role of Breakfast and/or After School Club Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for the children. You will help to serve breakfast/after school snack and lead games and activities for the children. It will be your responsibility to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.

As part of our commitment to staff development, training will be available for the right candidate.

Visits to our school are warmly welcomed and can be arranged by contacting the school office.

The Breakfast Club and After School Club will run Monday to Friday, term time only. The Breakfast Club Assistant will be required to work from 7.30am to 9 am and the After School Club Assistant from 3.00 to 6.00 pm. A job share could be considered for this role. Please state in your application if you are applying for the Breakfast Club, After School Club or both positions.
