Rayleigh Primary School is looking to appoint a part time Caretaker to support the Site Manager starting on the 27th August 2019
20 hours per week, 2.30pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only
Band 2 point 3 to 5 - Actual Annual Salary £8072.00 - £8402.00
The role requires a person who is proactive, hardworking and motivated. Proven maintenance skills are essential.
The role is varied and busy and requires flexibility and adaptability with a "can-do" approach.
Duties to include:
Security and safety of the site
Maintenance and cleanliness of the site
Responsibility for health and safety
Liaise with contractors when appropriate
