Learning Support Assistant
Band 2.Point 3 (£18,065 per annum pro ratat)
5 mornings (approximately 17.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8.45 - 12.15 plus 3 lunchtimes as Midday Assistant
Term time only
Starting September 2019
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring individual to join our happy and successful village church school. Experience of working within a school is desirable. This post involves working with individuals and groups of children, as well as providing general support in the classroom, under the guidance of the class teacher and supervising some lunchtimes on an additional Midday Assistant contract.
The successful candidate will have:
A positive and calm manner
A good general education and good literacy and numeracy skills
Good interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and a good sense of humour
An ability to work as part of a team
An ability to demonstrate reliability and confidentiality
Be willing to support the Christian ethos of the school
