Providing support to the Principal of this large Sixth Form College the Personal Assistant role is integral to the successful and efficient working of the Principal's office. It requires interpersonal skills of a very high calibre and a willingness and enthusiasm to become familiar with and have a thorough knowledge of College life, activities and systems. An ability to be able to get on with people is essential and a commitment to and understanding of the 16-19 education section would be useful.
