"Leaders and teachers have developed effective partnerships with parents and carers. The
new system for recording children's development allows teachers to share with parents
information about their child's learning. Many parents contribute to their child's learning
record, enabling teachers to gain a bigger picture of what children can do. This has had a
positive impact on increasing parental engagement."
