Salary: Point 5 FTE £19,404, pro rata 32.5 hours per week, term time plus inset £13,630.54

Longwood Primary Academy & Nursery are looking for a full time Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team in September 2019. The Learning Support Assistant will be based in Key Stage One with intervention (small group work).

Longwood Primary Academy & Nursery are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our school on a permanent. We are looking for a graduate and/or candidate with previous experience working with children (level 3 and a minimum Grade C in English and Maths GCSE). Ideal candidates would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applications must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would world alongside, and individually from class teachers.
