About the school:
Ortu Gable Hall is a large mixed academy on the Thurrock/Basildon border. It is part of the Ortu Trust which is made up of Ortu Corringham Primary School, Ortu Gable Hall School and the Ortu Stanford and Corringham Sixth Form Centre. Teaching opportunities are available from KS1 to KS5 across the Trust.

Our challenge is to maximise our pupil's progress. Even with headline figures significantly above national, we recognise that we still have gains to be made. G.C.S.E results for 2018 show English Grade 9-4 at 72%, grade 5+ at 57%. Maths results show 69% at 4+ and 47% at 5+
