37 hours per week - Term Time only
We are looking for an outstanding, dynamic and charismatic Senior Pastoral Lead who will work with closely with the Assistant Head, pastoral, in providing the best possible care, support and challenge for our students. You will do this with our very experienced and knowledgeable team of six non-teaching year managers. You will have high expectations and high challenge as our children deserve the best.
In September 2019 Shoeburyness High School will have over 1800 on roll with over 300 in each year group. Shoeburyness High School is a fully inclusive comprehensive school that benefits from the commitment, passion and energy of its large staff who work in partnership with our students
