This is an exciting opportunity to be a key person in our new pre-school, Hilltots. Hilltots is fully integrated into Hilltops Infant School, an outstanding school in Wickford, and the new setting is key to the planned growth of HEARTS Academy Trust. We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Room Leader to lead a friendly and professional team. The applicant must be able to lead a team through a collaborative approach and have a very good understanding of the EYFS.

Leadership experience is required, though this may be your first experience as a Room Leader in a Nursery. Applicants must be qualified to at least level 3. The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking. In return we offer the support of the school and Trust staff and a range of CPD experiences.

We offer the successful candidate:

  • The opportunity to work with our lovely children
  • A responsive and involved leadership team
  • A CPD entitlement for all staff
  • Supportive colleagues who want the best possible opportunities for children
  • A constantly improving learning environment

The new setting opened in January 2019 and already children have enjoyed being part of the Hilltop community.
