LEAD PRACTITIONER FOR ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS STUDIES

L6-8 (Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced, highly successful economics and business studies teacher, with a proven track record of leading top quality teaching and learning across a department, faculty or school, to join our economics and business studies team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing pedagogy and provision across Key Stages 4 and 5. This will include providing appropriate CPD and ensuring that good practice is shared frequently.

Both economics and business Studies are very popular options at KS4 and KS5 and a significant number of students choose to pursue them at university.. Each teacher has his/her own base which are adjacent to each other and equipped with thirty computers.

The successful candidate will be asked to teach economics up to and including A level and business studies to at least G.C.S.E.
