Information about the School
Woodlands Schools and Little Acorns Nurseries offer an exceptional learning experience for children aged 3 months – 11 years at our independent, inclusive schools and nurseries.
Little Acorns Nurseries
Our nursery setting is a warm, calm, safe and stimulating environment in which children can grow and develop to their full potential by learning through play and guided play.
We believe that children respond to fun, laughter, happiness, sensitivity, nature and magic, and through their time with us, we see them grow into trusting, compassionate and confident individuals.
We make full use of the extensive school grounds and offer outside activities all year round. Children safely play within the large nursery garden as well as venturing to the school's gymnasium, nature trail and ponds for wildlife spotting and exploration.
Our aim is to ensure our children feel valued and challenged every day, as we inspire them to be the best version of their best selves.
We combine all that is traditionally best, together with progressive and forward- thinking ideas, to enable pupils to become socially responsible citizens and life-long learners.
The school seeks to foster curiosity, independence and a love of learning in a happy and safe environment, allowing pupils to achieve their full potential in personal, social, spiritual and academic development.
