TTSA ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Ideally you will have experience of working in an administrative role in training, education or recruitment. Applicants should be proactive, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organisational and administrative abilities. You will:
· Provide support to the Trust-wide CPD strategy and interventions
· Provide support to the Trust-wide NQT recruitment programme
· Help develop new Trust-wide learning and development opportunities
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the TTSA
· Facilitate training events including evaluation and impact analysis for all teaching school activities
· Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of the TTSA budget
· Liaise with various third party agencies including schools within the alliance
Thurrock Teaching School Alliance brings together schools across Thurrock to provide active and high quality training, ITT and school-to-school support, for all schools within and beyond the Thurrock. The TTSA works in partnership with other Teaching Schools in Southend and Essex, as well as throughout the wider East of England region, to ensure that they offer the highest quality provision for the very best value. The TTSA facilitates a wide range of nationally recognised professional learning programmes, using outstanding practitioners from local schools. The TTSA is part of South West Essex Community Education Trust (SWECET).
