Pastoral Support Manager

Pay Range: LGS Band 4 Whole £20,277 - £26,131(Actual salary)

We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Manager to join the Paxman Academy team, helping us create a positive environment where children can develop and learn.

Hours/Weeks: 37 hours, 39 weeks per year, (term time plus 5 inset days)

The start for this post is 1st September 2019.

We're looking for you if you have:

- Experience of working with students aged 11-16
- An ability to create and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- Ability to manage behaviour of students in different settings
- Experience of providing pastoral care to students
- Report writing experience

Paxman Academy opened in September 2019 and admitted 180 Year 7 students in the first year.
