Construction Skills Fund Training Hub - Project Coordinator
Salary up to £40,247 per annum
Located in Harlow
Full time (37 hours per week)
Fixed term until April 2020
About the project
Harlow College working in partnership with construction companies and partner organisations have been successful in a CITB bid to support recruitment and upskilling in the construction sector. This project, funded Department for Education, involves the delivery of construction related training, from a newly built Training Hub, located on the Public Health England development site in Harlow, with delivery focusing on individuals who are: unemployed; hard to reach; currently working in construction requiring upskilling; looking to move into the construction industry.
About the role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented staff member to coordinate the delivery outcomes of this project. The role will involve leading the CSF Training Hub to deliver construction related programmes as well as promoting the construction sector to the wider community. Integral to this will be the planning, structuring and coordination of the curriculum offer and collaborating with employers and partners to ensure the training programmes are relevant, appropriate and meet employers' skills needs.
