Cover Supervisor (Casual)

Job Description

We are looking to appoint Cover Supervisors to provide cover for teaching staff who are on short term absence, working on a casual, as and when needed basis.We are looking for individuals who:

· are able to work individually and as part of a team

· are able to supervise work that has been set in accordance with college policy.

Are able to manage the behaviour of students whilst they are undertaking work to ensure a constructive environment.
Can deal effectively with any questions from students about process and procedure.
Are able to deal effectively with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the college's policies and procedures.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, term time only, on an as and when needed basis.

The pay band for the role is band 3 (scp 17), which is £9.68 per hour.
