CARETAKER PERMANENT POST - FULL TIME/PART TIME
Band 3 (point 17-25 £18,672 - £23,111 per annum/pro-rata)
Daily split shift between the hours of 7am- 6pm (full time role- exact hours to be agreed with the candidate. Part time role- hours would be fixed at 3-6pm daily).
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year or 15 hours, 44 weeks

Self-starter and team player wanted for a new friendly local school to maintain a smart, clean and safe environment. If you take pride in your work and are looking for varied practical duties; being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team- then come and join us! Information about the School
Roseacres may be a relatively young school - opening its doors in September 2015 with just 33 pupils, it has rapidly grown into a thriving learning community. Today, with nearly 200 pupils across seven classes, the school proudly supports children from Year R through to Year 6.
Situated on the former site of Takeley Primary - now relocated to a state-of-the-art campus in Priors Green, Little Canfield -Roseacres has become an important part of the local landscape. As Takeley village continues to evolve and expand, the demand for primary school places has risen significantly, and Roseacres stands at the heart of meeting that need, growing alongside the community it serves.
