Part Time Receptionist (8am to midday Mon to Fri)
20 hrs per week
Term time only (38 weeks p/a) 43.1 paid weeks
Band 2, Scale point 11, Actual Salary £7982

Maternity Cover - Temporary Contract
· Would you like to provide a professional receptionist service and be the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiries for a busy secondary school?
· Do you have exceptional customer service skills, can remain calm under pressure and able to provide a professional service at all times?
· Do you have administration skills to support a busy Student Services office?
If so, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities will include the operation of a switchboard and general clerical duties, including ensuring school security and student's safety arrangements are always complied with. Applicants should be computer literate, have a flexible, professional and cheerful outlook, plus a willingness to take on extra hours at short notice where necessary.
