15 hours per week - 52 weeks a year 4 weeks paid holiday increasing to 5 weeks after 5 years' service.
Stanway Fiveways is in the process of undergoing an expansion plan and our new teaching block is due to open in October.
We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, reliable and pro-active person who will take pride in the appearance and maintenance of our school buildings and grounds. They must be able to work independently and under the direction of the Site Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
• Possesses building maintenance, e.g. plumbing, decorating and carpentry, cleaning and general caretaking skills.
• Has a flexible, organised and positive approach maintaining high standards within their work.
• Is reliable and conscientious and has excellent time management skills.
• Will be willing to attend training relevant to the post, including Health and Safety.
The post holder must be willing to cover evening lettings, work overtime on occasional evenings and weekends to support events and to attend the premises in the event of an emergency call out.
The successful applicant must be capable of ensuring that our children have a safe supportive environment to enable them to maximise their learning.
