De La Salle School and Language College is a thriving oversubscribed fully comprehensive and inclusive 11-16 Catholic and Lasallian School.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Faculty from 1st January 2019. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching ability, strong leadership qualities and be able to communicate effectively with students and staff at all levels. The leader of the Faculty team will be responsible for the development of their subject throughout the school, and ensuring that each student is positively encouraged to develop his/her potential to the full, through the effective delivery of a broad range of quality learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver:

Whilst the successful candidate is not required to be Catholic, you will be expected to support and follow the Catholic and Lasallian ethos of the School and be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
