We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher who is able to motivate and inspire to teach Music throughout the school to children from Nursery to Year 6.
The successful candidate will encourage high standards and should be able to work with flexibility in our small school. The ability to organise peripatetic instrument teachers is important, as is the willingness to develop the school band,and support form tutors with concerts and performances.
Applications are welcome from both independent and maintained sectors, and from NQTs and experienced teachers. This is a 2 day per week position to start in January 2019 or earlier depending on availability.
The school offers a full induction programme, continuing professional development and the opportunity to work within an established and supportive team.
The governors expect all staff and volunteers to share our commitment to safeguarding children. We follow safe recruitment practices and all appointments are subject to successful DBS checks.
