Afternoon PPA Cover Teacher/General Teaching Duties

12hrs 45mins per week, 12.55pm to 3.15pm which includes PPA / preparation time

Salary: M6

Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to join our highly dedicated team of staff to be able to deliver PPA cover lessons during weekday afternoons.

Suitable candidates must possess:

· Relevant Qualifications (Applications welcome from NQTs)

· Proven teaching experience

· Strong classroom management skills in line with school behaviour policy

· A professional manner

· Strong interpersonal and organisations skills

· Be educated to a Teacher standard

· A flexible, organised team player with a good sense of humour

The post will involve the following:

Delivering PPA lessons to years 3 - 6
Planning other suitable classroom activities
Working on your own initiative and within a team
Playing your part in ensuring that every child makes maximum progress
