Immediate start - Grays Convent High School require a part-time afternoon Receptionist to cover our busy Reception area. Flexibility within the posts is essential. The main role of the post will be to:

· undertake reception and telephone duties, answering enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and the general public. Ensuring all visitors are welcomed and records kept of their arrival and departure.

· To retrieve and update information on manual and computer based systems. Knowledge of Sims computer package would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

· Contribute to the effective organization of the school with administrative and clerical support. Flexibility within the post is essential.

This is a term time only post and includes Non-pupil days. You will be contracted for 22½ hours per week (Monday to Friday) 12.00-16.30. The post is a Support Staff Band 2 position and the salary range is £9,041-£9,656 per annum.

Grays Convent High School is a Catholic Girls' School educating 11-16 year olds. We are committed to teaching the Christian faith and to providing an excellent education.
