We are looking to appoint a talented, passionate HLTA to join our motivated and hardworking team. Responsibilities will include: planning and delivering a short course to pupils across the school, as well as working under the professional direction of a class teacher.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate: the ability to deliver lessons to a whole class; self-motivation; experience of working within a classroom environment; skills in improving pupil attainment and achievement and an awareness of positive behaviour management strategies.
As part of this permanent post, we will ensure you are supported with high quality mentoring and coaching.
Furthermore, we are able to offer the optional extra benefit of private medical healthcare.

Salary:Band 3 point 17-25
Hours: 30 hrs per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Weeks per year: 39 (term time & non pupil days)
