Director of Finance & Operations

Full Time

SMG Grade 1 - 2 (dependant on experience) £53,212 - £66,762 gross per annum

CHANGE Schools Partnership requires an outstanding Finance and Operations Director to provide the financial lead of the Trust and manage its Central Services team including the delivery of business services across the Trust.

Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, this Executive Leadership Team position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, qualified and ambitious individual to play a pivotal role in the development of the Trust.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well respected and expanding trust, which is committed to leading excellent practice and innovation within the rapidly changing educational landscape. CHANGE Schools Partnership currently includes four schools: three primary schools and a junior school. Under the leadership of a visionary CEO with a proven track record in school improvement and an Executive Leadership Team committed to making a difference and achieving the best possible outcomes for our pupils, we believe in strong partnership - one learning community over several sites, underpinned by our strong core values and ethos.

The Trust is seeking someone with a full accountancy qualification who can demonstrate a successful track record of financial, operational and team leadership. A background in academy finances is desirable although consideration will be given to finance professionals from outside the sector who are suitably qualified.
