Heathlands Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated and friendly LSA to provide whole class support initially in one of our Key Stage 2 classes, working with groups and individuals as directed by the class teacher.
The post is initially for 17.5 hours.
The succesful candidate will need to :
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have experience of working with children with SEND.
* Have the ability to show initiative.
* Be commited to supporting children in their learning.
* A clear commitment to the safeguarding of all children.
* Be able to observe, question and record children's progress, with the support of the class teacher.
* Be dedicated to ensuring an excellent start for our pupils.
