TEACHER OF BIOLOGY - (MATERNITY COVER)
MPR
Required for September 2018, or January 2019 an enthusiastic and well qualified teacher of Biology to join a progressive Science Department to cover a colleague on maternity leave. You will join a supportive department and teach classes that are mainly GCSE, A-level and International Baccaleareate, Biology. Experience of teaching sixth form is desirable, but not essential.
In 2017, 95% of our students achieved A8-C GCSE, 33% A Level A*-B, and 84% IBH 5+ and 83% IBS 5+.
The Anglo European School is a comprehensive school with a curriculum informed by the values of the IB, including a strong international dimension, and with pupils who demonstrate outstanding personal development. All members of staff working at the school support the aims and ethos of the school and participate in the well established visits programme.
The Anglo European School is located in the village of Ingatestone in Essex with easy access to the A12 and M25. Ingatestone is also only a 30 minute train journey from Liverpool Street station.
