25 hours per week - Mondays to Friday - 9.00am to 2.00pm (term time only)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Assistant Cook to join our small busy catering team which offers home cooked meals to pupils, staff and visitors.
We want our lunchtime experience to be the best that it can be and we are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has experience in a similar environment.
The successful candidate must be able:
· to communicate effectively with both children and colleagues
· demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the benefit of school meals
· work on their own initiative as well as within the team
· work closely with the Catering Manager, to increase daily uptake
As a joint Anglican and Catholic school applicants should be supportive of our Christian ethos and be willing to contribute to the wider school life.
Visits to the school are welcome.
