Midday Assistant
Band 2
5 HRS PER WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY, TERM TIME ONLY
Required: April 2018
We require a Midday Assistant, working within the policies and procedures of Deneholm Primary School.
We are looking to appoint a person who:
· Is caring and supportive and can build positive relationships with children and colleagues
· Is enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
· Has a calm and patient manner
· Shows initiative and is well organised
· Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Can promote positive behaviour
Duties will include:
Supporting the children, during busy lunchtime breaks, in classes, the playground and the dining hall
Interacting with the children and encouraging them to get the very best from their lunchtime experience
