Tendring Technology College (TTC) is a community where inspirational teaching, self-evaluation and self-improvement are evident from the moment you enter our school. We welcome all routes into teaching through School Direct, PGCE and we are a host school to Ambition School Leadership.

We are proud to serve the communities around Frinton-on-Sea and Thorpe-le-Soken as an 11-18 school which has two campuses; Frinton Campus (14-18) and Thorpe Campus (11-14). Ofsted judged us as a 'good academy' in March 2016.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher or one who has the potential to be an outstanding teacher of Drama with high expectations, strong classroom management skills and good subject knowledge. You should be passionate about your subject and be able to inspire young people to participate and perform. We have a team that gives of their time generously for extra-curricular activities and we would have this expectation of the successful candidate. We would warmly welcome and encourage applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.

Information about the School
Tendring Technology College (TTC) serves a wide catchment area in the Tendring District that is a mix of rural and coastal environment with easy access to the vibrant town of Colchester with London Liverpool Street a straightforward train journey. TTC is unique in that it is a split site College with approximately 1900 students. The Thorpe campus is dedicated to our Key Stage 3 students and nearly 5 miles away is the Frinton campus for our Key Stage 4 and 5 students. For staff and students alike the split site at TTC offers the breadth of opportunity and experience of a large school, with the intimacy and care of a small school.
