A great opportunity has arisen for an LSA to be a Key Person supporting a Year 2 child with an EHCP.
Are you ready for an exciting new challenge based at White Hall Academy supporting the needs of primary school children in the Clacton area? If you have the skills and previous experience this may be for you.
Are you an experienced LSA who has had training to work with children who are on the autistic spectrum?
Have you had experience working as a Key Person to a child with an EHCP?
Are you able to demonstrate that you have moved a child's learning forward through your support?
The school is looking for an experienced LSA who can say yes to at least two of these questions.
You will need:
To be a team player as well as being able to use your own initiative
To be patient, tolerant and understanding
To have GCSE Maths and English and an appropriate NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Child Care and Education or equivalent.
