An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Pupil Parent Partnership Worker based at Bardfield Academy. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individual to join our dynamic and forward thinking team. Working closely under the line management of the school's Assistant Headteacher / Inclusion Manager you will ensure that all children receive the appropriate support to achieve maximum attendance; access the learning and fulfil their potential by developing effective home / school partnerships. Pay Range is Point 17 £12,713.52 - Point 21 £14,352.00 (mid-point capped) working 31 hours per week.

- Are passionate about enabling children of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their very best.
- Are flexible, organised, meticulous and creative in your approach.
- Have experience of direct work with children and adults, supporting children who may be vulnerable.
- Have an understanding of effective parental engagement strategies within a school setting.
- Are seeking a rewarding role.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE qualifications grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Have demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development.
- Have experience of working with children and parents in a school / community setting on either a paid or voluntary basis.
- Be enthusiastic and positive when engaging with parents; flexible and creative in their approach to the varying demands of the role.
