PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE LEADERSHIP TEAM AND HR MANAGER
A highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated professional person is required to support the Leadership Team and HR Manager of the Anglo European School.
The appointee will join our hardworking but friendly school office and will need to be highly organised and able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Well developed secretarial, personnel and communication skills are essential as this role involves a variety of HR administration tasks and reception duties, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are essential.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00
Friday 09:00 to 16:30
Term time + 2 weeks (1 week training days & 1 week during school closure)
Salary: Band 2 Pt 11 - 14 mid pt restricted - £14,273 (actual gross salary per annum)
Progression is based on an annual performance review.
