Broomgrove Infant School is at the heart of the community it serves.
Rated as "Good" at our last OFSTED inspection in December 2016 the inspectors described our school as"an exceptionally caring and supportive school where all pupils are welcome, no matter what their background or special educational needs."
We share a campus with Broomgrove Junior School and continue to strengthen ties with the Junior School to ensure the smooth and successful transition of pupils.
OFSTED noted: "You and the governors have a crystal-clear vision for the school." It is a vision that all parties atthe school, staff, pupils, parents and governors share.
We are seeking a leader who:
- Is currently a primary Headteacher or outstanding Deputy.
- Has a clear vision for the future of the school; who recognizes its strengths and is committed to drive the strategic leadership, empowering all pupils and staff to excel and further develop their potential.
- Will motivate and support staff in meetings and professional development in order to enhance their practice and support the attainment of high putcomes for pupils.
- Has proven experience of raising educational standards in attainment and progress in a senior leadership role.
