Learning Support Assistant

Fixed Term - Summer Term 2018

Band: Band 2 Mid-Point capped, points 11-14

Hours: 18 hrs 45 minutes - 8:30 am - 12.30 pm (15 minutes break) - Monday to Friday.

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who enjoys using their own initiative. Experience is desirable. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.

The successful candidates must:

· have good literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE Literacy and Numeracy grades A-C

· have experience within a nursery or school setting

· support students with early literacy and numeracy

· excellent communication skills

· have good organisational and interpersonal skills

· have the ability to work on their own initiative
