We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and creative individual who can support the Headteacher in leading the strategic direction and development of the school.

We are seeking a candidate who will:
· demonstrate outstanding classroom practice. This position includes teaching responsibilities
· promote the school vision and passion for the highest possible levels of progress and attainment for pupils whatever their needs, abilities and circumstance
· uphold a belief in positive behaviour approaches
· inspire, support and lead in partnership with our children, staff, parents and Governors
· have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to further strengthen our team
· celebrate achievement
