The Thrive Partnership Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding specialist with the ability to inspire and enthuse others. The Science Department at Philip Morant is located in new and impressive facilities and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to raising standards and improving student outcomes. The ability to teach A Level Biology or Chemistry would be desirable.
The Trust has an extensive personalised CPD programme to support the development of teaching and leadership skills, allowing the successful candidate to gains the skills required for further promotion in the future.
