Position: 17.5 hours per week
Band 2 to Mid-Point
Required Immediate start
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support a child who has an EHC plan. The successful candidate will need to bring empathy and understanding as well as enthusiasm and a sense of fun to their role. It will also be important for the candidate to work in partnership with the teaching team but will be willing and able to use their initiative to bring learning to life.
Our school is a small rural school with a strong sense of wellbeing. The successful candidate would be supported in their professional development and would be joining a staff who are caring, committed and dedicated to ensuring that all children reach and exceed their potential.

We are a small rural primary school on the border of Hertfordshire and Essex. We have 102 wonderful children in our school and staff who are devoted to the care and development of our children.
